Tudor Binding

Contemporary/ original bindings are the norm in the Bolton Library, and this 16th century panel-stamped Tudor binding, bearing the intricate coats of arms of Henry VIII and his first wife Catherine of Aragon, is certainly one of the stars of the show.
Turkish Grammar
Grammatica linguæ Turcicæ (Oxford, 1670) was the first Turkish grammar to be printed in England. Its author William Seaman has here dedicated the work to the chemist Robert Boyle.
